# Making Generative Short Films

> Live workshops on generative short-film craft — story, process and authorship, not feed content.

EuGFA Live Workshop. EuGFA treats generative film as authorship: craft, intention and responsibility. Tools are means. The work is yours.

## What you leave with

- State a short-film intention before opening a generation tool.
- Run a basic pipeline: stills and boards → motion → sound → edit → export.
- Hold character, world and continuity across a short exercise.
- Choose tools with criteria — control, cost, rights, fit — not habit.
- Leave with a short piece and a one-page process note.

## Free intro

- 10 min — Open. Generative film as art practice; what EuGFA means by good.
- 20 min — Landscape. Pipeline from idea to edit; where tools sit.
- 25 min — Case / demo. One short example: intention → choices → result.
- 10 min — Ethics. Authorship, disclosure, rights at intro level.
- 15 min — Path forward. Paid cohort and institutional bookings.
- 10 min — Q&A. Open questions.
